Would you like to return your item? No problem!

If you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days, provided that the jewelry is in perfect condition. The costs for return within Europe are included.

Personalized and individually made jewelry cannot be returned. An engraving is a personal and individually made service. For this reason, an engraved item cannot be exchanged or returned.

Here's what you do if you want to return your jewelry:

Just send us an email to hello@diakarad.com with the subject "Return".

Please write us in the email

• your order number
• the reason for the return
• and whether you would like an exchange or a refund of the purchase price

We will then process your email and send you the return label.

Pack the ring securely together with the ring box and the order number and send the package back to us.

As soon as the package has arrived and we have successfully checked the contents, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
The purchase amount will then be refunded to you via the payment method you used. This could take up to 10 days.
